As a Senior Associate with over 2.5 years of experience, I have honed my expertise in managing the onboarding and offboarding of accounting functions for multiple agency partners. I have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, maintaining frequent communication, and ensuring seamless transitions during crucial financial processes. As one of the two senior associates on my mid-sized team, I had the privilege of leading multiple accounting-related projects and contributing to the overall success of the team. In addition to overseeing key projects, I took on the responsibility of training and mentoring new hires, helping them integrate effectively into our operations while ensuring they had the tools needed to succeed. My passion for delivering high-quality results drives me to never settle for less than my best in every aspect of my work. I earned my business degree from Grand Valley State University with emphases in Economics and Marketing, which allowed me to develop a broad perspective on both the financial and strategic sides of business. While in college, I was actively involved in numerous community service projects, strengthening my commitment to giving back and working collaboratively toward meaningful goals. I am deeply passionate about my work in accounting and finance and continually seek ways to improve processes and drive value for my clients and my team.
