Throughout my career I have had the good fortune to lead teams and work with other great leaders in the pursuit of new possibilities: from Canada’s first online bank, and one of the world’s first socially responsible financial institutions, through to one of the first university campaigns with both fundraising and alumni engagement goals. At LGM, I’m working with an amazing team that aspires to transform the automotive industry, in the pursuit of our purpose: to accelerate Responsible Mobility for All. We are passionate about the changes in our industry and the positive impact they can have. How do I help- I build and lead executive teams to create winning strategies and transform organizations in complex industries- I drive sustained performance through employee engagement, great customer experiences, and profitable growth; and - I am passionate about technology, innovation and creating a positive legacy through corporate responsibility. Outside of my work life I enjoy volunteering as a Board Member with a growth/governance focus. I am also an avid skier, boater and mountain biker. Scope of Work: Strategy, Project Management, Finance, Investment Management, Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Legal, Governance, Compliance, Operations (Sales and Service), Marketing, Product Management, Communications, and Channel Management (Call Centre, Retail and Online). Industry Experience: Financial Services, Automotive, Insurance, Fintech, Higher Education, and NFP. Scale of Responsibilities- Annual Sales/Service revenues of up to $40 million ($300M Retail Sales)- Reporting line of up to 300+ employees (union)- Funds Under Administration (FUA) of $300 million ($2.3 billion trust assets)- Annual project portfolios of $10 million (Technology and Operations)- Human Resources for 250 FTE organization - Finance function for $200+ million fundraising;$30 million operating budgets
