Staff Manager: Supervised, trained, recruited and mentored up to five engineers, two AutoCAD designers and two technicians for seven years. Project Manager: Monitored and maintained project scopes, budgets and schedules, supervised billing assignments, prepared and submitted invoices to accounting, conducted technical review of work products, provided primary client contact and acted as regulatory liaison in negotiating compliance orders for violations. Clients included ExxonMobil, Great American Insurance and Forest City Ratner. Stormwater Management: Currently assume daily responsibilities for operating the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) stormwater permit program for a small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). Developed dozens of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans for new commercial development and urban re-development sites in New York City (NYC) and on Long Island. Also provided supervision for inspections. preparation included Notice of Intents (NOIs) and Notice of Terminations (NOTs) and submittal of same to the NYSDEC. Extensive coordination with the NYSDEC in interpreting and applying new regulations was performed as well. Supervised hydraulic modeling of several open channel and storm sewer systems using HEC-HMS, Eagle Point, HydroCAD and PondPack. Clients included Alcoa, BNL, Benjamin-Beechwood and Cargo Ventures. Participated in peer reviews for renewing the New York State multi-sector and construction general stormwater permits. Remedial and Civil-Site Design: Have more than ten years of experience in remedial and civil-site design. Remedial design included feasibility studies, pilot studies, air flow modeling, hydraulic analysis and cost estimating for BNL, Alcoa, Chrysler and Williams Pipe Line. Civil-site design included I/I studies and grading, and sanitary and storm sewer design for commercial and municipal projects.
