He has performed or contributed to over 200 valuation assignments since joining GBQ in 2019, for numerous purposes, including: Employee Stock Ownership Plans, estate and gift taxation, purchase price allocation in accordance with ASC 805, goodwill impairment testing in accordance with ASC 350, fairness opinions, transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements and other shareholder transactions, In addition to business valuations, Mr. Dixon also provides ESOP and transaction advisory services, including ESOP feasibility studies and sell-side ESOP advisory and consulting. Mr. Dixon is also actively pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Mr. Dixon has passed Level 1, and is preparing for the Level 2 exam.
