Graduated August 2020 with B.S. in Information Systems from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I'm a driven and adaptable IT support specialist, with 2 years supporting Ciena NMS suites. I utilize ingenuity to introduce new perspectives, critical and analytical thought to find optimal solutions, and initiative and dedication to carry projects to their finish. I'm exceptionally optimistic and empathetic, and an exceedingly capable problem solver, seeing challenges to complete, satisfied ends. I love working with technology, both on the software and hardware sides. I have a particular passion for planning and installing computer hardware, having designed and built four personal computers to date. I enjoy learning new technologies and picking up new skills wherever possible, and have a passion for games-both on screen and on the tabletop. I have completed coursework in software security, data communication, network design and management, Java, JavaFX and Android development, HTML, XML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, Unix, database design and application development, data science, economics, accounting, and management.
