About Drew Dreger

Experienced personal and commercial financial representative with diverse skills and training in the financial service system with five years of banking experience. To date, I have worked with the StellerVista Credit Union within the following roles: I started as a bank teller as my introduction into the financial industry. This role helped develop skills such as effective communication with clients, problem solving, and working in a team environment. This role also allowed me to start building a solid foundation of financial knowledge. From there I became a personal lender which taught me additional skills such as time management, task prioritization, and recognizing opportunities to provide clients with products that will meet their needs and enhance their banking experience. This role also allowed me to learn the world of personal lending, registered plans/investing, estates, and working with different kinds of insurance. In early 2023, I started in my current role which is a Small Business Advisor. This role introduced me to the commercial world and has helped me to develop skills such as financial statement analyzation, going out into the community to increase business, and manage a portfolio of clients. It has also taught me the different structures of businesses and how to complete a complex commercial lending application.
