I am a seasoned sales professional with 20 years of experience in direct selling, sales recruiting, training and leadership. This experience, coupled with a long history of operations management and office leadership have provided myself the opportunity to assemble a unique blend of skills. The leadership and guidance I was shown during my tenure at Leaf Filter helped me to recruit, train and mentor hundreds of new sales reps. Over the years I was able to help promote several sales reps to sales managers who now run successful sales teams all over the country. While managing the Cincinnati division we always exceeded both monthly and yearly sales goals. My focus has always been on developing and implementing a world-class sales training program, identifying and developing great talent, while helping to grow the businesses and become a leader in the industry. I pride myself on creating and leading a top notch sales team while doing so with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude. My efforts have resulted in a direct increase of production and profitability for all organizations I have worked for. Leaf Filter was by far the most challenging and rewarding organization I have ever had the pleasure of representing. My success and tenure at LeafFilter has fortunately afforded me the opportunity to start my own company. While it’s wasn’t easy walking away from a company after so long I’m confident I will be able to take what I learned over the years and be successful on my own.
