Start by doing what is necessary; then do what is possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible"-Francis of Assisi I am the Director of Operations at Sasquash Rosin Press, a solventless extraction manufacturing company based here out of southern California. With over a decade of experience working within the domestic and international cannabis markets. In 2008 I moved from Maryland to Oakland completing several courses at Oaksterdam University. I jumped straight into the deep end, learning as much as possible. Within the next five years, I have worked in every position imaginable; cultivation, plot mapping, greenhouse build-outs, edible production, brokerage, solvent and solventless extraction, branding, lab design, social media, and even web design. In 2015, I began working with Support the Roots, the first manufacturers of industrial Rosin Presses. Starting as a sales rep and part time videographer, I began creating life long relationships within the international cannabis industry. In markets,such as, Barcelona, Madrid, Vienna, Istanbul, London, Amsterdam, Rome, Skopje, Morocco. All while educating myself and others on the benefits of solventless extraction. Now, 7 years later I am still as filled with that mixed feeling of excitement and humbling reality check that is my impossible life.
