About Drew Ferris

My college and professional football experience has allowed me to master my leadership skills while also learning to work with a diverse group of individuals. During this time, I balanced a rigorous workload of full-time athletics, travel, and school, while maintaining a high GPA. I learned to focus on the team effort to achieve group goals and build team spirit. I built the belief that hard work and determination will pay off while persisting under adverse circumstances and sometimes pain or illness. I learned the importance of being coachable which included receiving and giving criticism in effective ways and learning from mistakes. The biggest strength I learned from playing in the NFL was the importance of mental toughness. To me, this meant the ability to bounce back after both positive and negative experiences, to persevere when times were tough, and to stay focused in times of celebration. Overall, I believe my strengths are a reflection of my experiences and would benefit anyone looking to work with me on their next realty venture.
