About Drew Green

Experienced manager in real estate/property management, non profit and hospitality fields. In leadership roles for 16 years, my style is to build teams by identifying, supporting and utilizing each member's strengths for the good of the organization. This is a achieved by listening and investing time in people. All team mates pulling in the same direction always achieves the organizational goals and much more. I began my career out of college in hospitality, and quickly rose through the ranks to food and beverage and banquet director roles in a large convention hotel.(Largest meeting facilities in Charlotte, NC). After 8 years, I decided I wanted a new challenge with more life balance, and entered the HOA management field. After working with a wonderful company for 8 years, post pandemic and a company buyout, I determined to take on a new challenge which I have found with AMH. At AMH, I work with both the development and property management teams across the Carolinas to ensure AMH is delivering the best new construction communities we can. I have a wonderful team and look forward to building an even stronger organization for years to come.
