With over 15 years of experience in film studio operations, I bring a rare combination of security expertise and client-focused service. As both Security Manager and Client Services Coordinator, I ensure productions are supported from their first day on site to final wrap. In my current roles, I manage a 10-person security team on a 24/7 schedule, oversee advanced systems like Keyscan Aurora and Milestone, and develop security protocols that prioritize safety without slowing down production. I’m hands-on with access control, surveillance upgrades, training, billing, and compliance—everything needed to keep the studio secure and professional. On the client side, I coordinate all onboarding services for new productions, including internet, phones, furniture, security, and vendor logistics. I negotiate bulk service deals, manage billing, and act as a direct line of support for client needs. My goal is to make sure every production feels confident and cared for. Whether it's implementing a new surveillance system or making sure a client has everything they need on day one, I take pride in solving problems before they become problems—and keeping the whole operation running smoothly behind the scenes.
