About Drew Heers

As the Associate Vice President of Capital Markets at CommLoan, I manage the fulfillment of loans for commercial real estate borrowers across 47 states. I utilize my expertise in underwriting, packaging, and negotiating loan requests to secure the best possible rates and terms for each client. Additionally, I oversee the closing process and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. I joined CommLoan in January 2022 as an intern during my senior year at Arizona State University, where I was pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Sustainability. Due to my strong performance and contributions to the company's mission of enhancing efficiency in the commercial real estate lending space, I quickly advanced from Transaction Analyst to my current position as Associate Vice President. I am passionate about finding customized and innovative solutions for each borrower’s needs, utilizing CommLoan's proprietary platform, CUPID™, which compares thousands of loan programs from hundreds of lenders. I also possess strong skills in income statement analysis, commercial real estate analysis, interpersonal communication, financial modeling, and sales.
