Everybody eats, and collectively we demand reliable, high-quality food choices. My customers expect nothing less, and trust my guidance in sourcing industry-best specialty ingredients to improve and expand their flagship product lines. My customers demand the best functional ingredients for their products, but increasingly I help them navigate the choices of non-GMO and organic products available. LV Lomas is a principle-focused distributor committed to supporting its customers through the R&D process. I studied Food Science at North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree. My research focused on identification of characteristic flavor components of Cheddar cheeses, as well as instrumental sampling techniques. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis and making beer.
