About Drew MacIntyre

As Vice Chair, Drew is responsible for senior client relationships with a focus on the firm’s Global Energy and Power franchise as well as Financial Sponsors. He also Co-Chaired TD Securities’ Global ESG Solutions Group and manages the firm’s Energy Transition principal investing activities. Mr. MacIntyre joined TD Securities in via TD Bank's purchase of Newcrest Capital Inc. Prior to this, he was Head of Energy at BMO Capital Markets. He has also practiced securities law in Toronto, New York and Calgary.Mr. MacIntyre holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Gold Medalist) from the University of Manitoba, a Master of Business Administration (Gold Medalist) from the Schulich School of Business (York University), a Bachelor of Laws (Gold Medalist) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School (Frank Knox Fellow).Drew serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at Harvard Law School and has endowed the MacIntyre Environmental Law Fund, which supports Harvard’s Energy and Environmental Law Program (EELP). He also serves on the EELP Advisory Board. Mr. MacIntyre serves on the Advisory Board of Longbow Capital, an energy transition private equity fund and is a board observer for ArcTern Ventures, one of North America's largest Cleantech venture capital funds. Since 2001, he has been the proprietor of Lake Breeze Vineyards and MacIntyre Estate Winery, award winning Okanagan Valley (British Columbia) boutique wineries, which have consistently been recognized among the top wineries in Canada.
