I'm a seasoned professional who's passionate about building a data-driven improvement culture within an organization. I'm motivated by business challenges and identifying the critical factors driving a company's success. Although I have a broad skill set which cuts across all key business functions, I am heavily focused on business analytics. I have led development and deployment projects in many areas including: Introductory and Advanced Statistical Analysis Principles and Tools, Data Analysis and Selling, Digitization and Smart Product Strategies, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, Teaming and Facilitation and Strategic and Operational Planning. For most deployments I am also responsible for developing and delivering the training and support content and have taught multi-day training programs across a broad range of topics. I thrive on interfacing with different levels and areas of an organization and working to link unique groups together to maximize results.
