As an Employers' Adviser, I provide expert guidance, assistance, and representation to BC employers on all matters related to WorkSafeBC, including compensation, insurance, and occupational health and safety (OHS). This includes making written submissions and appearing at oral hearings and mediations on behalf of employers. I also lead educational seminars to help employers stay informed and compliant with regulations. When necessary, I help to coordinate evacuations, and services to evacuees, during large-scale emergencies like floods and wildfires with the Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness. Outside of work, I can usually be found with Pfizer, our golden doodle and certified therapy dog, enjoying the North at our little cabin by the lake.
