About Drew Morgan

At this point in my career I have accrued - to my best and fairly conservative calculations - over hours of working face-to-face with another human, or group of humans, in a coaching, training, or teaching role. I have worked with teams and individuals in all industries, from federal government, academia, tech, manufacturing, insurance, sales, performing arts, sports, non profits, lawyers…you name it and I’ve probably worked with someone in that industry. I’ve worked with people doing things you’ve likely never heard of, like speed climbing or calf roping (I lived in TX for five years). I’ve worked with 8 year olds and 85 year olds. I’ve worked with people in New Zealand and Finland and all around the US. I’ve worked in person with big groups and remotely with one. It is easily the coolest part of what I do, is connecting with and learning about other humans.I specialize in creating engaging virtual learning and training programs tied to performance outcomes. I’ve created asynchronous training programs using LMS platforms, developed new academic curriculum, created content libraries, and led thousands of virtual training sessions. My approach is grounded in performance & positive psychology, adult learning principles, and the phrase "people don't care what you know until they know that you care". Developing rapport, trust, and accountabiilty are paramount when training/coaching/teaching. Finally, as a business owner, educator, and coach, I’ve built a company from the ground up, maintained a 5-star client rating, and worked with professionals ranging from student-athletes to executives. Now, I’m focused on bringing that experience into Training & Development teams where I can help drive learning strategies that support individual and organizational performance.
