I’m a veteran, and a people leader. I believe that recognizing an individual, creating opportunity for and with them, and rooting their goals in the mission is the best way to enable success for them, the organization, and the folks served by their work. That’s where I’m at my best. I have over 20 years of leadership, budget management, training/mentoring, business and product development, and project management experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments demanding accurate, timely, and scalable solutions to strategic and operational challenges. Whether growing a military strategic intelligence section, mentoring youths in and out of the classroom, providing leadership through influence in the agile transformation of private sector organizations, or presently serving as the leader for Sherburne County’s IT Department, I have built my career around ensuring that folks find their success while driving impact to those served by the organization.
