My journey began at NCARB as a Visual Designer, where I contributed to print and digital media, branding, and environmental graphics for diverse marketing and communications initiatives. Progressing to the role of Senior Designer, I assumed responsibility for the organization's design endeavors. My commitment to user-centered design led me to delve into UX design, resulting in a lateral move within the company. In my current capacity as Senior UX Designer, I orchestrate UX research and design strategy for NCARB's flagship product, serving 116,500 customers and volunteers and members.
