About Drew Rice

More than just a profession, writing is my passion. It’s thrilling to be able to take new ideas and use them to tell a story in my unique style and voice for an audience that wants to learn my perspective. I’ve been fortunate to be able to take that passion and turn it into a career through a number of exciting and fulfilling roles. I have nearly 10 years of high-level experience in content creation spanning my academic and professional career. I tackled academic writing during my undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, copy editing with the macroeconomic research website Continuum Economics, sports writing for the blog Crow Worthy, business writing at the philanthropic management consulting firm Grenzebach, Glier and Associates, and marketing writing with the integrated marketing agency Walker Sands. Now, I’m taking on market research for Crowe and working with an incredible team of forward-thinking professionals who are supplying leading insights for our firm’s audit, tax, and consulting units. Every step along the way has been an invaluable learning experience. By getting to work in diverse settings and face the unique challenges that came with each one, I’ve learned how to offer compelling, informed content across a wide range of fields through a variety of formats — including blogs, contributed articles, presentations, and social media posts. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and SEO and have received certifications from HubSpot for Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Inbound Marketing and from Google for Analytics and Search Ads. I received my Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a focus on History & Political Science.
