About Drew Rohde

After years of building sets in Los Angeles for Television, Music Videos and Commercials while racing downhill mountain bikes, I decided to chased my passion and join the bike industry. I've worked a variety of roles from bike shops to Warranty and Tech Services for a bike brand before landing a dream job as the editor at DECLINE Magazine. After our publisher unexpectedly shut down, I took the 8 years of experience, relationships and decided to create something I felt was missing in MTB Media. I founded The Loam Wolf in 2017 with cornerstone principles of being the most authentic, trustworthy and open-minded media outlet in the space. Since then Loam Wolf has grown to be a respected and trusted mountain bike media outlet around the world with 97% of our surveyed readers saying they trust our reviews most. I am extremely proud our authenticity, integrity and ability to work creatively with brands to deliver value to everyone from the viewer to our supporting brands. We love unique story-telling opportunities, stewardship, helping those in need and spreading the stoke of two wheeled, outdoor fun.
