That’s what I do, and have done for more than 13 years. My work encompasses both hardware and software documentation, prepared within a highly collaborative and often remote working framework. As a Senior Technical Writer, I focused on modelling best industry practices while working routinely with multiple colleagues based in Europe. I customarily use both Agile and Scrum workflows and deploy all of the main Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Confluence, JIRA, Jama, MadCap Flare, and SVN. Finally, I have an extensive background in customer support and product marketing, which allows me to visualize documentary challenges from the user’s perspective.
