As a Sales Operations Analyst at Natural Fiber Welding, a company that produces sustainable and circular materials from natural fibers, I provide customer service, order processing, and inventory management for domestic and international clients. I also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and update sales materials, presentations, and reports. I have a strong background in finance, having graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Management and Leadership in 2019. Prior to joining Natural Fiber Welding, I worked as a Credit Analyst and a Personal Banker at MidAmerica National Bank, where I performed credit analysis, loan underwriting, account opening, and customer relationship building. I have developed excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills throughout my education and work experience. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of Natural Fiber Welding, while learning and developing new skills and knowledge in the field of sustainable materials.
