First and foremost, I am a family man. I cherish being a father and a dad. I am also a 29+ year veteran of the Mortgage Industry and I've been a top Producing Leader/Manager for most of my career. I have led some of the greatest teams of people and most productive mortgage branches in MD. I have also had the honor to partner with some of the market's top real estate agents, builders and financial professionals. I am equally dedicated to vesting myself in the success of every team member and in building exceptional teams of talented professionals. I have created and conducted a multitude of sales training in the mortgage and real estate fields. and I have been proud to provide home ownership & financing education to the public. While technology is indeed a great tool to facilitate business, I believe in old school, dedicated customer service and communication. Through collaborative effort, and sound goals, systems and processes, I set out to develop teams and environments that flourish. Partnering with my team members and business partners alike, I've helped to design and execute many innovative business plans and strategies. I find it deeply gratifying to help people.
