Talented Business Analyst and System Administrator and Developer/Analyst with the drive to learn how Business Partners do their jobs and to provide solutions to help with those jobs. Demonstrated abilities to communicate with all levels of individuals; from data entry clerks to senior management and to document and communicate those needs to the relevant I.T. groups. According to the Gall Strength Finder survey, may top five strengths are Harmony, Adaptability, Connectedness, Empathy and Maximizer. Harmony, indicates a talent to look for consensus. This talent comes to play when working with teams and merging multiple ideas to advances the team goals. Adaptability, I “go with the flow”. I use this strength to address the issues at hand and and accept them and deal with them. Connectedness which is defined as being aware of the connections between all things. I don't see coincidences, instead I see how one decision or actions leads to or affect another. Empathy allows me to imagine how others feel and using this insight to help determine how to approach the given situation. Maximizer is my strive to always improve myself or the group. These strengths show themselves in my I.T. Career as I work with development teams in creating software solutions and assisting users in using those solutions to achieve their desired results. My I.T. background has been centered around the IBM Midrange environment (AS400, IBM i). I have expanded these strengths by gaining experience in Business Analysis and Business Relationship Management. Between my time as a Developer, Analyst, Business Analyst and Business Relationship Manager, I have worked with various systems (SQL, Oracle EBS, etc.) as well as other I.T. groups (Infrastructure, Networking, Security, etc.). I am able to use this broad experience to gather business requirements and then work with the various I.T. groups together to build a solution that fulfills the business partners' requirements.
