About Drew Stoller

As a Manager at Thrift World, I led a team of up to 20 staff members and oversaw the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with policies and procedures. I was in this role for over two years and successfully increased the store's sales, onsite donations, and employee retention by applying my skills in team building, problem solving, and key performance indicators. I have a strong passion for thrift shopping and supporting the community, which aligns with Thrift World's mission of providing affordable and sustainable clothing and goods. I also have a background in neuroscience from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I graduated in 2014. In addition, I am a skilled songwriter and guitarist, and I enjoy expressing my creativity and musical talent in my spare time. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, and I look forward to growing my career.
