About Drew Williams

I started my career in hospitality, first with restaurants and then moving to hotels. I have worked the line of a grill and also been the overnight front desk auditor for a high volume 375 room hotel. From 2016 to 2022 I followed my passion for management and retail throughout the Denver area of Colorado. I made the transition to Colorado on my own and did not have an occupation or place of residence when I moved here. Just the determination that I would be able to follow my passions and be successful. I started in a production facility as a crew member and advanced to eventually become the facility's logistics coordinator and production manager. Fulfilling large scale orders, setting production schedules and overseeing a team of 10 crew members. After the sale of this company, I transitioned into the retail aspect of the industry and took over as store manager for multiple high volume sale retail locations. Each location provided me with great learning opportunities. Not only did I increase my knowledge of this particular industry but gained invaluable sales and management skills from these experiences. From this I have learned how to create a positive and productive team through leadership, communication and consistent standards. I have lead multiple teams to consistently hitting performance and sales goals. After these retail experiences I accepted an operational management position for a large scale production facility and over saw daily operations as well as product brokering to retail locations that I had created relationships with. After moving to the Boulder area, I became a territory sales manager for the northern and western region of the state. This again provided me with not only great knowledge but great networking and consultation opportunities as well. I have helped with consultations of business operations and product brokerage since 2019. From this opportunity I took a position as a retail store manager and have lead my current location to a 21% increase in net sales from December 2022 when I took over. I have also traveled to other states to train other managers and sales members in a district manager position. My biggest achievements have been the connections I have made during my career and the teams I have helped build. Team building is one of my favorite parts to the management and company building process. I am looking to bring all that I have learned and experienced to a new team and to help a company reach new heights and goals.
