About Drew Wilson

The best thing about being in the job is building relationships and collaborating with peers across multiple areas to achieve incredible results. Being in the challenge is where I find out the most about myself and realize the importance of team and relationship building. You smile to yourself, congratulate your peers, and breathe easy once the task is done but then it is time for the next obstacle. I find you can never celebrate for long but that is what keeps me focused and engaged. I believe in being nimble, an empathetic team player with accountability in mind, and putting in the work. I lead by example wherever I can and teach others how to do the same.I am always ready to listen, communicate, and pitch in to assist others. Once you do this you realize it becomes contagious within your organization and before you know it there is an amazing comradery built. When someone doesn't know what to do you teach, when you don't know what to do you learn, and when the time comes you always have to be ready to step in and lead. I strive to be ready at all times, to make the right decisions, to ask the right questions, and take on high pressure situations with a calm but intense focus. I truly think no matter who we are or where we come from, we put in the work each day pushing towards a success story we can all believe in!
