About Dries Vandecruys

I love to create, modify, analyse, life hack things, and am keen on working with all kinds of different personalities in one team to reach a common goal. Today I am - together with my specialists - co-assisting IT & Operations teams with their Operational Risk Controls using my analytical preference supported by creativity and change management skills. In the past I have built six long-lasting (coaching) relationships, achieved five times more than 20% cost efficiency gains as a Lean Consultant, created three performing teams,(co-)led eight successful projects: new activities, mergers and acquisitions, IT system migrations, near-shoring activities, and even co-founded a youth organisation. To accomplish this all, I have travelled to New York, London, Paris, and Lisbon, but am mainly based in Brussels. It pleased me to hear that my colleagues and clients found me caring, flexible, that I deliver what was promised, and that I have a strong IT background to implement quick wins. Hanging out with friends, listening to music, watching series, even hearing the birds sing in the park next to my apartment in the beautiful city Ghent are also making me enjoying Want to work with me?
