About Drilon Berisha

I am currently working as a tax administrator at the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) within personal taxation. In this role I have gained valuable experience in interpreting and applying tax regulations, handling complex cases with accuracy, and making well-founded decisions under tight deadlines. The position has strengthened my attention to detail, structured work habits, and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and professional manner. I also work closely in teams to meet collective goals and support colleagues, which has further developed my collaboration and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.I believe that being a team player with strong communication skills is essential for building successful relationships, both internally within an organization and externally. I have participated in several group projects that required effective communication, structure, and collaboration. During my exchange studies in Canada, I participated in a highly diverse academic environment, which enhanced my ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.Beyond work, I enjoy sports, exercising, and exploring new cultures through travel. Feel free to reach out—I’m always open to connecting and exploring opportunities to collaborate or exchange ideas!
