About Drishti Khatri

I am a Behavioural Scientist with a background in Economics. My role at Agilysis, a specialised transport research consultancy involves diverse bespoke projects spanning from changing culture, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, developing strategies and researching and designing behavioural interventions. Each project is aimed at making transport systems safer and effective through evidence - based practices. My journey in applying behavioural science has been diverse. During my internship with upGrad for Business, a leading Edtech platform, I collaborated with renowned organisation’s such as Marico, Tata Strive, and Kotak Life Insurance to create customised corporate training content. Through in-depth interviews and behavioural insights, I tailored modules on complex topics such as insurance, furniture assembly, enhanced soft skills training in areas like communication, grooming, and leadership development. These experiences honed my ability to simplify complexity and make learning accessible and engaging.My role as a trainee at 1001 Stories, a Behavioural Management Consultancy, gave me an opportunity to contribute to retail-related projects. Here, I researched consumer preferences for organic products, tackled innovation challenges for a consumer electronics client, and addressed other complex ("wicked") business problems. This experience broadened my expertise in positioning products and understanding market-specific consumer behaviours.I hold a Master’s in Behavioural Science and am passionate about uncovering the “why” and “how” behind decision-making. Understanding behaviour is essential for creating impactful, evidence-based interventions. I am driven to apply this knowledge to uplift communities and achieve sustainable change.
