As a highly accomplished Security Sector Development Advisor, Leadership and Executive Management Senior Advisor, Executive Coach and former Political Advisor I have multifaceted experience providing strategic, political, and cultural insights to guide leadership, policy and operational decisions across organizations. Having served on the staff of over two dozen US Army General Officers in various capacities, as a former Senior Advisor to over a dozen Internal Affairs and Public Administration Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and Executive Agency CEOs and as an External Security Sector Development Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kosovo I have observed and been part of repeated iterations of leadership, executive management approaches and decision making across sectors, intuitions and organizations. I have been called a dynamic communicator and colleagues refer to me as a visionary, creative leader with an unparalleled ability to advise senior leaders and executives, coordinate stakeholder networks and build consensus in complicated situations. I have the unique privilege of working with a broad network of high-profile US, international, Regional and country specific government officials, military leaders, think tanks, non-governmental organizations and corporations. My background, Balkans experiences and subject matter expertise have been incorporated into Military training programs and my strategic leadership recommendations have resulted in building professional, transparent, accountable rule of law institutions. My background includes engagements with the U.S. Military and NATO Multinational Forces in support of peace keeping efforts, USG and International Diplomatic missions, International Organizations and earlier with the prominent financial institution, CitiGroup/Salomon Smith Barney.
