Drummi Bhatt is a Strategy Innovation and Business Transformation Leader with a global perspective from her business non-profit and volunteer experiences in Americas Europe and Asia. Drummi led the market research and strategy for the power and energy markets developing Mitsubishi Power's vision toward a decarbonized digitalized and decentralized energy future. She successfully developed insights analytics and strategies to lead energy transition through ideation and research on evolving market changes and future growth initiatives based on a deep understanding of environmental competitive and economic trends and customer needs. Drummi has held several positions leading energy trading portfolio management financial planning and analysis strategy merger and acquisition initiatives. In addition to her corporate work Drummi is the founder of KarmaKonnect a women's and rural empowerment non-profit under which she implements projects in rural empowerment child education and clean energy/water/sanitation in India through a network of ground partners. She has led several social volunteering missions across the world. Drummi supports early-stage social entrepreneurs through angel investments and mentoring and is actively involved in the development of India’s startup ecosystem. Drumi holds a Marketing Certification from Columbia University as well as an MBA from Drexel University. She is a graduate of Gujarat University’s School of Business
