About Duaa Naveed

Hi there! I’m Duaa, a professional with a strong diverse background in corporate communications and business analysis. With over 4+ years of experience at TD Bank, I have expertise in developing executive-level corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, change project management and leading ad-hoc initiatives that drive business success. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with cross-functional first line of defense teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive measurable results. My passion is in translating complex ideas into actionable information that supports employee enablement and informed decision making to solve operational inefficiencies and strengthen organizational growth. In addition to my analytical skills, I have a proven track record in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Whether it’s developing impactful marketing material or refining internal communications strategies, I thrive on finding creative and innovative solutions that deliver value. Outside of work, I live in Downtown Toronto and love biking along the waterfront, exploring nearby restaurants, volunteering, and traveling the world! I’m eager to connect with like-minded professionals who share enthusiasm for driving innovation and making a positive impact. If you’d like to learn more about me, let’s connect!
