The best overall summary is in all my jobs is to protect the company but also make sure the customer is happy. It may not always be easy but it is what customer service is about. I worked and earned Eagle Scout position and was active on the student council while representing my dorm at college. From that point I have been in jobs that are mostly focused on Point-of-Sales services as well as selling products to customers that may not be aware of but interested in based on their previous ordering history. Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and other main office programs. Also proficient with copiers, printers and other office equipment as well as basic knowledge on fixing and trouble shooting them. Expanding knowledge and actively learning Facebook and other major media sources for customer input and dispensing general knowledge and events to customers. Experienced on data research on trends of items for putting up on E-Bay and figuring out prices for items to sell. Always on the look out on how to improve the company or assist customers better to make transactions and information flow easier.
