With over 15 years of experience in ERP development and business consulting, I've had the privilege of working closely with top management to craft tailored solutions for their most pressing business challenges. My journey began as an ERP developer, where I took on the role of lead developer for large-scale implementations and lead consultant for various projects. In the past 5 years, I've shifted my focus to E-commerce, serving as a developer and technical lead. I've had the opportunity to lead a team of developers for an international company, overseeing onboarding processes and upskilling initiatives for new talent. My expertise extends beyond the world of ERP and E-commerce into diverse projects, including playing a key role in IoT initiatives for Cape Town and Gauteng's Integrated Rapid Transit system. I've also spearheaded the development and implementation of innovative time and attendance systems, such as a cutting-edge fruit picker tracking system. One of my notable accomplishments includes architecting a comprehensive human milk bank management system, incorporating IoT-enabled pasteurization processes and end-to-end tracking and tracing of milk. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and non-technical stakeholders. I thrive on transforming ideas into reality, demonstrated by my proficiency in creating prototypes that bring concepts to life.
