Over the past 22+ years, I have demonstrated resourceful managerial skills and strong analytical skills, to achieve organizational, technical goals in developing efficient web-based tools and analytics systems. This expertise has allowed me to succeed in web design and development with the ability to understand the client’s goals while aligning them with the company’s priorities. Currently enrolled in a Google Data Analytics certification program through Coursera. Expected completion date November 1, 2022. A few of the achievements I have accomplished include- Processed close to web requests over four years and enhanced departmental working conditions by implementing a five-step plan which improved annual “Great Place to Work” scores by 10%- Created HTML templates for Outlook, handled basic layout and graphic design work, reviewed open enrollment plans and updates as the primary content manager for BCBSND website- Actively participated in user testing for website functionality, provided feedback on program improvements, and developed new features on the BCBSND website- Led collaborative meetings with experts to review and update website content; gathered requirements and wireframed the "Find an Agent" functionality on BCBSND website- Part of quality assurance review for web content and design for customer facing websites- Updated content articles for internal newsletter and managed marketing projects on social media by creating periodic reports based on website analytics- Aided in back-end reporting, reviewed site architecture and wireframe layouts of new sites, and offered solutions for technical issues related to web design and development.
