As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John Maxwell's proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to unlock more of your potential as you pursue your goals and dreams. Prior to becoming a certified coach with the Maxwell Leadership Team, I spent 30 years in the corporate sector, holding various upper-level management positions with one of the world’s largest manufacturers of specialty metals and alloys. At the age of twenty-six, I became one of the youngest plant managers in the industry. While I certainly did not possess all the necessary skills at that time to be an effective leader, my willingness to learn and commit myself to continuously improving my ability to lead allowed me to advance into other roles in the organization (VP of Operations and Corporate IT Manager). In 2007 my wife and I, along with another couple, put our entrepreneurial skills into action by launching a small business known as Stoked Coffee. We have experienced continuous growth and opened our second location in 2017. My diverse background in the corporate sector as well as my experience as an entrepreneur has positioned me well to assist you in fully discovering your potential and pursuing your passion as you become the best version of you.
