I'm a strategic planner experienced Network Architect with a history working in the telecommunications and electronics industries. I improve products and services for our customers through the research and development of the products and technology that deliver data to our homes. Customer expectations are high in this industry and I have prided myself on working with both my internal and external customers to deliver the best possible products and practices to suit their needs. Previously I was a Network Architect in the Engineering department at Shaw, focused primarily on the research, testing, deployment, training and maintenance of all the layer 1 hardware from the hubsite to your home. This included the tools and test equipment the field teams use to deliver an exceptional customer experience. I have also worked in the field and bring that experience with me on every project I endeavor to deliver, to help fully realize a projects impacts and avoid any potential challenges. I have worked in the field to install and troubleshoot products used in both the Telecommunications and Alarm (CCTV) industries. This experience has developed my problem solving and strategic planning skills, along with a host of mechanical and electromechanical installation and troubleshooting skills. My specialties include R&D, Technical document writing, testing and documentation, Service Delivery, Training delivery, Cabling, Radio Frequency (RF), Networking, and Microwave. Strong information technology professional with a Telecommunications Technologist diploma focused in Telecommunications / Electronics from SAIT.
