About Duane Jackson

I am a recent graduate (May 2025) of the University of South Florida’s Business Analytics and Information Systems program at Muma’s College of Business. In my courses, I gained expertise in administrative, management, and data analyst disciplines. While I was a student at USF, I interned at Enterprise Mobility. I developed customer service, management, and marketing skills. In my role, I served and rented cars to over 20 customers per day. Furthermore, I managed my responsibilities as a Resident Assistant (RA). As an RA on campus, I was responsible for the on-campus and academic success of 28 students. All while maintaining a 3.91 GPA! Currently, I am a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at Busch Gardens Tampa where I am the first point of contact for all new and returning Ambassadors for Busch Gardens and Adventure Island! I conduct interviews, aid applicants with their onboarding process, and assist Busch Gardens HR department in various administrative duties. I enjoy giving back to my community and making a positive impact on others. I am always open to new opportunities and would love to connect with you!
