About Duane Jones

The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential. these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence. — Confucius. Competitive by nature, I strive to do whatever I can as well as I can. I chase challenges, continue to keep myself intrigued and educated in my profession. I want to change the way Operations within is perceived and rewire it, introduce a new formula and efficiently bend today's manpower and labor with tomorrow's growing technology. Given the opportunity here in Hawaii, I hope to show that what I was told would not work here and how changing culture here is not accepted has only fueled my desire to deconstruct such myths. I will succeed, like every athletic great focuses and plays on their strengths, I will learn and push forward. Ohana is everything here, that's were we start.
