I specialise in in all aspects of real estate, and hotel and tourism related mandates, including development, management, sales and acquisitions. I advise on general property matters including the sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial, and retail assets, property financing, joint ventures, high value leasing, and front end construction matters and dispute resolution. Further, I hold a particular personal interest in the social and affordable housing space, regularly advising industry participants on federal and state specific legislation and deal structuring; as well as on Build to Rent (BTR) challenges and projects within Australia. My geographical practice areas include Australia, parts of Asia and across the Middle East. I assist with foreign investment entering Australia and across the Middle East. I am also a Non-Executive Director of NSWALC's social and affordable housing provider, Birribee Housing, tasked with delivering improved housing outcomes for Aboriginal people across communities in NSW. As a proud Gomeroi man, this board position gives me the fortunate opportunity to assist and provide guidance in this important social initiative.
