I am a motivated, reliable and results driven individual with over 10 years business experience, which includes operations, project management, sales & marketing, in the food & drink and workplace design industries - both of which I am hugely passionate about! I aim to achieve a high standard in everything I do, and believe that time management is critical, ensuring that tasks are prioritised and completed on time. I view problems as challenges, which are an enjoyable part of everyday life. I have always looked to improve and learn new skills throughout my career through learning from experiences and training, including an Advanced Business Management course in 2015/2016 which has given me a good knowledge of all business areas. My current role is Operations & IT Manager at Spearhead. Based in Irvine, Scotland, Spearhead is a thriving, family-owned business and the UK’s leading supplier to the care home sector. Since we started, more than 30 years ago, we have grown and have become a trusted ‘one stop shop’ supplier of high-quality products and services to care homes and care home groups across the UK.
