DUANE S. At that time, he was responsible for construction contract reporting and risk management from East Coast to West Coast. He currently supports Brookfield's Real Estate Development Process from an IT perspective with PMWeb's Project Management module. Duane has 25 years of Leadership and Project Management experience starting with his US Army Corps of Engineers platoon leader experience. He built and managed his own construction company for 10 years in the State of Florida. Duane is a Florida certified Builder and Roofer. Duane’s education background includes a Masters of Construction Management from Florida International University and Bachelors from Bowling Green State University. Both degrees are Cum laude. Duane is an actively certified Cost Engineer from AACE. Duane is certified in SAP Controlling (Management Accounting) and Project System (Project Management).
