Enlisted US Navy as a Electrican 1976 thru 1980, A School, Boiler electrical theory. Taken course at Cleveland Institute of Electronics. Honorably Discharged. Started at Metro Machine Company in Electrical Shop (1980), advance to Supervisor in1984 thur 1987. Was promoted to Estimating/Contract department in 1987. Where I was educated on various aspect of estimating ie: Piping, Structural, Electical, Inside/Outside Machinist, Insulation and Painting, from 1987 thru 2001. During this time taken College courses Excel, Word, Business Management. Left Metro to advance my knowledge working within other Customer; US Army, USCGC, MSC & Commerical. Small Company; Norfolk Ship Repair and Dry-Docking, as Chief Estimator & Contracts Manager. Employed from 2001 until 2007. The company was sold to Lyon Shipyard. Marine Specialty Painting hired me as Contracts & Estimating manager; 2007 thru 2010, Left in 2010, Work at East Coast Repair & Fabracation as a Estimator. In 2011 return to Marine Specialty Painting as Contacts & Esimating Manager until present time. Within this time frame I have managed Contracts in excess of $20 Million.
