Accomplished Quality Assurance and Sales Quotation Engineer with a robust background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in optimizing processes and improving product quality. Currently, I serve as the Regional Quality Assurance Engineer for Southeast Asia at BÜHLER ASIA VIETNAM LIMITED, where I act as a Quality Ambassador, managing customer complaints and training colleagues to ensure adherence to quality standards. My experience includes preparing sales quotations for service projects and overseeing quality assurance reviews for significant projects, such as outsourcing belt conveyors for a new plant in Bangladesh.Previously, I excelled as a Project Engineer at OLAM VIET NAM, where I successfully led the installation and commissioning of new production lines, significantly increasing operational capacity. Additionally, my participation in the Boeing Scholar Program allowed me to collaborate with Boeing engineers on innovative projects, including the development of remotely actuated control surfaces and research on shape memory alloy actuators.I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, where I achieved a GPA of 3.66 and actively participated in engineering clubs. An effective communicator with a tireless work ethic, I have maintained high academic performance while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, I am eager to bring my expertise in quality assurance and engineering solutions to a forward-thinking organization.
