Passionate in both technical & managerial role. C type person, I pay close attention to the details, have high standards for the quality, and care passionately about the logic and accuracy of things. I tend to see things holistically, systematically, and analytically so that any recommended solutions would be well thought out and supported. I am a visual learner, I like things written, documented, organized, and presented well in a best logical & professional way. I find these characteristics are essential not only from technical but also managerial perspective. I am lucky enough to have been part of Verizon in different roles, with different responsibilities. The above characteristics have helped foster, support, and develop my professional skills tremendously from both ends of the spectrum. I can handle both, management or technical engineering field.
