I recently obtained my Masters of Science degree in Cyber Security at Liberty University. I also have my Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with concentrations in both security and management at Campbell University. I managed to graduate with summa cum laude honors in both degrees. I am pursuing a career in the Information Technology field and seeking knowledge and work experience within the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance programs. I presently work for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) as an IT Specialist at the Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg, NC. I have years of experience in customer service, management, project management, problem solving, and attention to detail. I also have extensive technical skills in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues concerning with systems, networking, hardware and software. I am very eager to learn new skills and processes, plus I am well-known to be efficient, reliable, the top performer, and always a team player to assist the department accomplish its mission. I adjust quickly to different and fast environments and exhibit dedication, innovation, time management, and hard-working traits. I am also an Air Force veteran who has worked in both the Aircraft Maintenance and the Health Care settings. I enjoyed my 14 years of military service holding positions first as a Avionics Technician/Supervisor for 6 years, and then as a Diagnostic Imaging Manager/Radiology Technologist for 8 years.
