About Dudley Raye

My core desire is to always put others first, helping each and everyone succeed, and not only succeed, but know and believe they are enough. That starts at home with my family; my wife, Ashley, and three daughters, Emmerson, Tanner Mac, and Tilley I am grateful for all the teams I have been able to be a part of and the relationships and successes I had in each one. These opportunities have given me all kinds of possibilities and I know I wouldn’t be who I am right now if it wasn’t for each irreplaceable experience. While I have developed many skills, I know that excellence in building relationships, listening to others, understanding their needs, and strong verbal communication skills are at the top of the list. These skills have added immensely to the person I am and my passion for people and putting them before myself. I really believe it’s all about others and I want everything that I am to show that to be true.
