Proactive, dedicated and motivated achiever with over 14 years’ experience in Financial sector with extensive knowledge in Retail banking – Operations with expertise across remittance, clearing, fund transfers and various account opening activities and accounting. Extremely adaptable professional offering a unique combination of thorough understanding of complex business transactions and business acumen in order to meet company’s business goals with winning results, reducing expenses and providing maximum return on investments. With regards to my work experience, I started my career as an entry level member and gained rich experience in the industry and worked in most of the positions before becoming an Assistant Manager. Collaborating closely with the manager/executive and assuming responsibilities of managing daily activities, directing operations and supervising staff in order to assist in actualizing firm’s aspirations, short term initiatives and long term goals and objectives. Strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, strong abilities in providing a high level of customer service to internal & external clients. During my career I have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Diploma in Computer Studies. I have also obtained a Certificate in Banking & Finance which is conducted by School of Finance UK.
